Schaeffler Group at a glance

With effect from 2018, INA Bearings India Private Limited and LuK India Private Limited merged with Schaeffler India Limited (erstwhile FAG Bearings India Limited). Schaeffler AG, the Group’s flagship company, is a publicly listed stock corporation incorporated under the German law, with its registered office in Herzogenaurach.
